Who we are

VEDO Studio (“we”) operates the AI film service at this site. Data controller: TODO — registered company name, address and country.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, and a password hash if you sign up with a password. Handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Images you upload — the reference photo for each film, including photos of people where you choose to upload one.
• What you write — the intent text, film role and settings you enter for each film.
• Films we generate — the resulting video, its prompt, and the creative record behind it.
• Billing data — your subscription state and usage counts. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Operational logs — render attempts, errors and rate-limit counters.

Who your data is sent to

Producing a film requires sending your image and text to third-party AI providers. By generating a film you are asking us to do this. The providers are:

• Anthropic — receives your text intent to author the film concept.
• Google (Gemini) — receives your uploaded image to analyse what is in it.
• fal.ai and BytePlus — receive your image and the final prompt to render the video.
• Supabase — stores your account, films and settings.
• Stripe — processes payment.
• Railway and Vercel — host the service.

Each provider handles your data under its own terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your images to train our own models.

Photographs of people

Only upload a photograph of a person if that person is you, or if you have their permission. Do not upload photographs of children. We may remove content and close accounts where we believe this has been breached.

How long we keep it

Films and their source images are kept until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a film removes it from your library and our storage. Billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Requests already sent to a third-party provider are subject to that provider’s own retention period, which we cannot shorten on your behalf.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting your account from the Call Sheet page removes your films and profile. For anything you cannot do from the interface, email us and we will action it.

Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and will tell you directly if the change is significant.
